Bonanza Season 3 Terms and Conditions

Contest Period

1. The contest period begins at 0600 hours on 4th November, 2025 and ends at 2359 hours on 17th November 2025 ("Contest Period"). The results of the contest will be announced on 18th November, 2025.
2. The Host reserves the right to modify or adjust the duration of the Contest at any time, without prior notice to users. The Host may shorten or extend the Contest period, or make any other changes to the timing of the Contest, as it deems necessary. Any such changes will be effective immediately and will be binding on all users.

Eligibility

• User must be above the age of 18 years of age.
• User must be a citizen of India and must be a resident of India.
• User must not be an employee of Banza and its group companies, its affiliate or associate companies, or the relative of any such employee.
• Users must be registered on the Banza App through their Google/Apple ID.

Entry into Contest

1. Users must register on the Banza App and can enter the contest by collecting entries through App Connections.
2. App Connections are when you or your referred friends connect apps to Banza within the 'App Connect Gallery'. Each new App connection by you or your referral constitutes a new entry.
3. During this contest, certain app categories come with special multipliers to boost your score:
   • E-commerce apps (Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Blinkit): 3x multiplier
   • Entertainment apps (Spotify, YouTube, Prime Video, Netflix): 2x multiplier
4. Bonus: Connect 4 or more apps from either category to unlock an additional bonus entry on top of the existing multipliers!
5. There is no limit to the number of entries a user can accumulate during the Contest Period through legitimate App Connections.

Mode of Contest

1. Users participate in the contest by collecting entries through the app connections and referrals. The more successful app connections by the user or their referrals generate, the more entries they accumulate.
2. The Host will maintain a leaderboard with users across the App and users shall be ranked based on the number of entries collected and the Leaderboard shall be updated on a real time basis.
3. The top 2,500 ranked users on the Leaderboard at the end of the contest shall be made the winners of the contest and shall be eligible to the prizes subject to the terms and conditions herein.

Prizes

1. The top five ranked users in the Leaderboard shall be eligible for the following prizes:
   • Rank 1 - ₹20,000 Gift Card
   • Rank 2 - ₹15,000 Gift Card
   • Rank 3 - ₹10,000 Gift Card
   • Rank 4 - ₹5,000 Gift Card
   • Rank 5 - ₹2,500 Gift Card
   • Rank 6-11 - ₹1,000 Gift Card (6 winners)
   • Rank 12-83 - ₹500 Gift Card (72 winners)
   • Rank 84-2,500 - ₹100 Gift Card (2,417 winners)

   Prizes consist of only the item specifically listed as part of this clause and under no circumstances will more than the advertised number of prizes be awarded to users.

2. In case of a tie between two or more users in the rankings, the winner shall be decided from a randomised draw conducted by the Host.
3. Winners shall be intimated by an announcement on the Banza App on 28th October, 2025 as well as an email communication to the winning users. The winning users must claim their prizes by completing the verification process as provided by the Host within a period of three (3) days from the announcement of the winners.
4. All winning users are subject to verification, including but not limited to, verification of eligibility through KYC or other checks as deemed appropriate by the Host to ensure complete compliance with the terms and conditions of the Contest. The Host reserves the right to verify the winning users' details either on their own or through its authorized agency/person and the winning users shall provide all necessary assistance in such verification. In exercising this right, the Host may ask the winning user to provide any documentary or other form of evidence regarding the information submitted by the winning user at the time of registration, and if such evidences fail to substantiate the information provided by the user to the Host, then the Host in its sole discretion, shall have the right to disqualify the winning user(s) without any liability.
5. If a winner fails to claim the prize within the stipulated period, or is found ineligible, the Host reserves the right to forfeit or reallocate such prize to another eligible user.

Disqualification from the Contest

The Host reserves the right to exclude any user who is suspected of or actually violates the Terms and Conditions, tampers with the contest by engaging in sybil or bot activities, engages in abusive, deceit or fraudulent behaviour in relation to the contest or makes false representations or statements or violates applicable law or regulations. The Host reserves the right to suspend any user account on the Banza App suspected of or actually carrying out the above mentioned activities.

Representation and Warranties

1. The User represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws of India. By taking part and/ or entering into the Contest the User warrants that all information provided by the User regarding their name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc. (as applicable), is true, correct, accurate and complete and that the User is authorized to provide such information and consents to the use of such information by the User for the purpose of the Contest.
2. The User agrees and consents that any and all information submitted by the User including but not limited to the submissions and personal information of the User may be required to be shared with other third parties engaged by the Host, for the purposes of verifying and/or audit the authenticity of the content received from the Users. Further, the Users hereby understands that such third parties may be located outside the jurisdiction of India and notwithstanding anything, each User consents to transfer of information (including any personal information) to any such locations.
3. User agrees that the Host shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or concerning the contest or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (except any liability which may not be excluded under applicable law).
4. The User hereby agrees to indemnify and keep the Host, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents, indemnified against any and all losses, claims (including but not limited to third party claims), injuries, costs, fees, fines, penalties, taxes, charges and any other liability arising out of any act of omission, commission, fraud, negligence or misconduct by the User.
5. The User provides their permission to the Host to use entrant's name, identity, title, likeness, distinctive appearance, physical likeness, image, portrait, picture, photograph (whether still or moving), screen persona, voice, vocal style, statements, gesture, mannerism, personality, performance characteristic, biographical data, signature, social media handles and identities, and any other indicia or imitation of identity or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, without further notice, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Liability Release and Indemnification

By entering this contest, the User agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Host, its Affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and assigns (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, losses, and damages arising out of or relating to the user's participation in this Leaderboard contest or any contest-related activities (including, without limitation, any event attended as part of a prize) and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder. This includes, without limitation, any claims arising from:

1. Any misrepresentation made by the User regarding the contest;
2. Any non-compliance by the User with these Official Rules;
3. Claims brought by persons or entities other than the parties to these Official Rules arising from or related to the User's involvement with the contest;
4. Acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any prize or participation in any contest-related activity;
5. Any malfunction, error, or other problem arising in connection with the collection, processing, or retention of entry information;
6. Any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize or winner.

The foregoing includes, without limitation, any claim for personal injury, property loss or damage, or death arising in any way in connection with the contest.

Force Majeure

The Host shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, or modification of the Contest or prize distribution due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, acts of terrorism, technical failures, or government restrictions. Such events shall be deemed force majeure events, and the Host may, at its sole discretion, suspend, postpone, or terminate the Contest without any liability to the Participants.

Amendment / Modification

The Host reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Contest or any part thereof at its sole discretion at any time during its validity and without notice, as shall be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or force majeure events and/or for any other reason as the Host may deem fit and the same shall be binding on the Contestants.

Severability

If any of the terms and conditions of the contest are found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru.
